Delivery Times
All of our products are handmade please allow 5 weeks for delivery, we will keep you informed of progress and confirm when your items are despatched and will provide a tracking reference for you.

Postage
We are happy to ship your order to you wherever you are in the world. We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked within the UK and Tracked & Signed Everywhere else to help ensure the safety of our goods in transit. Cost is dependent on weight, prices are subject to change.

Returns Policy
We are unable to accept any returns unless In the very unlikely event of a fault in materials or workmanship, if this is the case we will either replace, repair or refund at your choice, but please let us know before sending goods back.

Payments & Credit Card Security
We accept payment via various credit and debit cards including Visa Debit, Barclaycard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express via the secure transaction processing agent PayPal. You can also pay via bank transfer using the PayPal checkout.

If you use the shopping cart facility of this website to buy from us we at no point see, hold or have access to your credit card details. Our credit/debit card processing is all handled by PayPal who carry out the transaction on our behalf.
